Refund policy

All items are final sale.

Exceptions are made occasionally, please contact the Remark By Lauren customer care team via email at remarkbylauren@gmail.com. Please state the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a store credit. All store credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date issued to the customer. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the sent address.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Remark By Lauren avoiding any discrepancy. Item(s) that will not match Remark's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at his or her own cost.
